A review and refresher for those who have completed their EMDR basic training by an EMDRIA approved provider*. Get validation for the work that is going well and new insights to ease your application of the emdr approach to therapy.
This course will cover the most frequent misunderstandings that impact our clinical work. Includes client videos, and clinical worksheets to ease your work. Get tips and clarity on how years of emdr practice and research informs clinical choice points.
This course brings together years of experience as an emdr consultant, trainer, and clinician. Alicia Avila, MSW, LCSW has 30 years in teaching and counseling. Alicia was not only originally trained by Dr. Francine Shapiro, but was then selected and trained to be an EMDR trainer by Dr. Shapiro Shapiro in 2007.

Policy 2. If the grievance concerns The EMDR Institute CE program, in a specific regard, the CE Administrator will attempt to arbitrate.
